State of the Union: Fair Shot and Fair Share

Lars,

I agree with the premise of everyone in the country having a fair shot at prosperity... after all, that is what our nation was built upon. As for everyone paying his/her fair share of the Nation's bills, well I agree with that, too, as long as the bills are legitimately in the interest of the whole country and not just those who are "disadvantaged". To that end, EVERYONE should pay his or her fair share, including the nearly 50% who currently pay nothing towards the Nation's debt.
